I am J. Lakshminarayanan (JL), a Finance Leader turned Professional Coach. With over 20 years of experience in the finance function and a people leader for large part of that tenure, I am keen on helping CFOs and Heads of Finance of mid-sized corporates to enhance their leadership skills and bring their authentic self to their roles.
As a Leadership Coach, I partner with my clients to facilitate their personal and professional growth and enable them to create unprecedented and sustainable results for their organizations and themselves.

The role of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has expanded over the years from strong Financial Acumen to being a strategic partner to the business and various stakeholders within and outside the organization. Change is the only constant as the saying goes, and the ever-changing environment that we are part of, it is imperative that one is prepared to adapt to the changes – technical, technological, people and business. A CFO who can enhance the Leadership in an organic way can feel empowered and make their teams feel empowered to meet all the goals/objectives.

A team is successful if the individuals are successful. However, the individuals need a collaborative and right environment to excel in what they do to make the team successful. With the high level of flexibility expected at workplace and change in the composition of the workforce with the advent of newer generations, the need for collaborative approach is imperative. A team that can create a collaborative, innovative and creative approach would be able to achieve their goals on a consistent basis and aspire for higher growth.
